Orders are not produced until the sale has closed. If the campaign goal has been met by the closing date, your order will usually be shipped via USPS within 7-10 days. See First Class USPS transit times from our warehouse in Los Angeles here.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with information to track your package. If your package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, we will contact you about re-shipping the item and applicable fees. For more info on this, please see our FAQS.
If the goal is not met by the deadline, you will be refunded within 2-3 business days of expiration.
Teeful items are custom made to order, so they are unable to be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your sizes are correct by using the specifications and size charts provided on the order page.
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we'll do what we can to make things right.
If you placed an order and want to cancel, you must email us before the campaign's deadline is up! Once the pre-sale is over, we can't change the quantities, so please let us know right away if you need us to cancel your order.
